We have installed automatic color sorter machines to maintain the export quality of our products as per customer’s requirement which completely avoids the hygienic problems. Our company with its main focus on manufacturing best quality products, equips itself with a sophisticated and contemporary production unit that enables it to produce over 2000 MT p.a. of dehydrated onions. From fields, the onions are hand picked and tested by experts for processing. Our massive storage facility allows a large quantity of raw onions to be stored for later processing. White & Red onions are processed under rigorously controlled hygienic conditions and in specially designated processing areas so that the flavour and aroma remain natural. The onion season is from January to August, but our large Cold Storage Facility gives us an edge over the others to provide the customers with best quality materials always. We have evolved & implemented very elaborate quality management system starting from raw material to delivering finished products to our quality conscious customers.

We have installed latest technology machineries to manufacture the best quality product. One of our directors director Mr. M.P. Ravaliya is qualified with the Degree of M.B.B.S. Because he is MBBS DOCTOR, he is maintaining the hygienic system in our product. Other director A.K.Varmora has exprience of administring export work. Our complete staff is the sufficient qualified have experience to maintain international standard quality and other hygienic conditions of the products. We have installed special laboratory for testing the product. We assure on-time delivery and meet specific customer requirements with complete satisfaction.
